Adorable Dachshund Gets 'Stuck' Trying To Help With the Laundry – Yahoo

When it comes time to find someone to help with the family laundry, most of us are hard-pressed to find a helper. The laundry room can turn into a ghost town quickly when it comes time to sort and fold a week’s worth of clothing. But one family found they had some extra “help,” courtesy of the family’s adorable Dachshund.

In a sweet social media video shared to TikTok, the videographer zooms in on a full basket of clean laundry where the family’s Dachshund, Luna, has happily placed herself on top.

“Did you find the warm laundry?” the cute canine’s dog mom asks before wondering how the dog found its way into the basket. It’s a sweet scene that undoubtedly made folding the rest of the day’s clean clothing that much more enjoyable.

Like Luna’s mom, we’re also wondering how the sweet pup got on top of the laundry basket. Despite their small size, Dachshunds can climb and jump. But because of their long backs and short legs, Dachshunds are easily injured from repeatedly jumping or climbing. Jumping off furniture repetitively can lead to back injuries for the cute canines.

Spend any time with a Dachshund, however, and you’ll notice they generally love nothing more than to jump off furniture. Dachshunds have a natural instinct to jump down to follow their owners, and they also thrive on the attention they get, the social creatures they are.
