An owner checking her pet camera was treated to an adorable and slightly chaotic moment between her tabby kitten and pit bull that has since captured the internet’s heart.
The video, posted to TikTok by user @setsby.juju, has racked up over 4 million views, showcasing the unlikely duo’s growing bond.
The clip begins with the pair based in Atlanta lying calmly on a bed, both facing the camera. The kitten then inches closer until its tiny body touches the dog. But instead of staying still, the pit bull leaps back in excitement, tail wagging furiously.
In a twist that delighted viewers, the kitten quickly turns the wagging tail into a makeshift toy, batting at it playfully.
While the interaction seems harmless, the owner added an important clarification in the comments, she said: "They’re supervised 99 [percent] of the time. This is a small clip while I ran an errand and doesn’t show the hours of training or management I’ve been doing.”
