GENESEE COUNTY, MI — Genesee County Animal Care, located at 4351 W. Pasadena Avenue in Flint Township, has many pets currently available for adoption.

He’s a bit of a tough guy. He was in an altercation with another dog before he was brought here (hence the scars and bite wounds on his face). His discomfort with other dogs is most likely due to past experiences/trauma, and it will be important for him to find a home where he can be the only pet.

Dennis is estimated to be 2.5 years old and 42 pounds. He loves people, but he will need to go to a home with older children (10+) as he is still learning and working on his manners.

They’re a bit shy and aloof at first and are not a fan of being in the shelter. The pair of cats are on the lookout for a quiet home with no young children.

Adoption fees are as follows: $40 for dogs, $20 for cats, $65 for kittens. Genesee County residents do have to pay an additional $10 for the dog license.
