An absolutely stunning little puppy with a confetti coat and a strawberry pink nose is stealing hearts all over with her beautiful and unusual appearance. This little lady has a North American Mastiff daddy and a Cane Corso mom, and it's resulted in an absolutely beautiful puppy.

Mastiffs may look intimidating at first glance, but underneath that massive frame is usually a gentle and loyal heart. These dogs are known for being protective and devoted to their families, which can make them wonderful companions in the right home. They often bond closely with children and have a calm, patient nature that makes them surprisingly sweet with little ones. The American Kennel Club says, "Eternally loyal Mastiffs are protective of family, and a natural wariness of strangers makes early training and socialization essential."
That said, Mastiffs are not the right fit for every family. They are huge, powerful dogs that need plenty of space and consistent training. Because of their size, they can easily knock over a toddler without meaning to, so supervision is always important. Mastiffs also need early socialization, so they grow up confident and well-mannered around new people and other pets.
They are typically not high-energy pups, which makes them great for families who enjoy a laid-back lifestyle. Regular walks and playtime are enough to keep them happy. They also thrive when they feel included as part of the household since they are happiest right by your side. For families who can handle the size and are ready to provide guidance and love, a Mastiff can be a loyal, gentle giant and a true protector of the home.
