The dog did not appear to be distressed in the footage, and nuzzled the human hand extended towards it, before reaching out a paw to "shake".
In a fiery video caption, the account's owner wrote, "If a service dog handler dyes their dog, it’s not because they’re out here begging for attention. It’s not because they 'want people to look at them' or because they’re 'ruining the dignity of a working dog.' It’s none of your business. Period.
