Cute Cockatoo Gets a 'C for Effort' in Sweet Duet With Mom – Yahoo

We all have those days when a little effort is pretty much all we have to give. We show up and go through the motions—at work, with friends, or tending to pets and kids—but it just doesn't have that razzle-dazzle kind of feeling we wish it did.

One funny Cockatoo knows what I mean. When Mom recently tried to convince him to join in on her sing-along, the usually boisterous bird gave her his best mid-effort, and it's too cute.

If there's one thing you need to know about Cumulus the Cockatoo, it's that he's normally a loud, colorful, and vibrant heart and soul performer. He's the light of Mom Julie's animal hospital, entertaining everyone around him for hours on end.

You have to give the little guy credit for sort of trying, because it's still an adorable attempt. Maybe Mom @fixchix caught him at a time in the day he needed a quiet break and wasn't quite ready to perform one of his epic headbanging dances or host a silent rave!

It doesn't matter what Cumulus does because his 500k TikTok fans love him no matter what. This little boy is always a dose of pure sunshine with his sweet and happy personality—even when he insists on joining office gossip sessions!
