If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate little companion who wants nothing more than to be by your side, look no further – – LeeLee is your girl. This cute-as-button 2-year-old, 17-pound Terrier mix is the definition of a Velcro dog and will steal your heart from the moment you meet her. LeeLee loves to cuddle, snuggle, and nap as close to her person as possible – – at your feet, in your lap, or tucked under your arm. Her favorite things in life are head pets, belly rubs, ear scratches, and chill time on the couch with her loved ones. LeeLee is fabulous with kids, adults, and seniors…and unbothered by dogs. She is polite around all other pooches, but doesn’t seem too interested in playing with them – – instead preferring human interaction to canine playtime. Same thing with toys. She’s mildly amused by them, but would gladly trade them in for a cuddle session or a kind word. 100% housebroken and terrific on a leash, LeeLee enjoys the outdoors, especially on quieter-type streets. This country mouse is still new to city life! LeeLee travels well, as long as she’s close to her human, and she’s comfortable being touched anywhere on her scruffy ‘lil body. LeeLee is a minimal shedder and almost never barks. And she peacefully sleeps through the night like an angel. What a gem! Much more of a couch potato than a typical high-energy terrier, LeeLee is a mellow sweetheart who will melt into your arms and forever be your loyal, loving shadow. Meet Angel and Starry A colony feeder reached out to us for help. Two house kittens were found screaming in terror and starving in a building parking lot where they were dumped with a plastic cat house. The finder picked them up and took them home to safety and temporarily put them in a crate in her basement. They were taken to the vet and were neutered and spayed and vaccinated. The kittens are healthy. Unfortunately, where they are being kept is not an ideal situation. The kittens stay in the crate for seven hours a day while the finder is at work. The finder took them out into her family room to roam, and her daughter had an allergic reaction to them. Both her husband and daughter are allergic to cats. We are looking for someone to foster or adopt these adorable kittens. They are both very friendly, affectionate, and loving kittens that can be handled easily. They will even sit on your lap and snuggle. It is apparent that they were in a home where they were neglected and then thrown outside for a short period of time until they were found. Starry is an all-black female kitten that is four months old. Angel is a male tuxedo kitten that is five months old. Starry and Angel are the perfect kittens, and we will never understand why someone threw them outside. Meet Harley, Jack, and Batman. They were part of a TNR project where Mom and her litter were spayed and neutered. Mom is feeder-friendly only and is being well taken care of in the finder's yard, while Batman, Jack, and Harley were taken indoors to be socialized. Batman is the most outgoing of the group, while Harley and Jack are shy when you first meet them, but once you start to play with them, they open up. Batman, Harley, and Jack are approximately 5 1/2 months old and are very friendly and sweet kittens who like to be around people. They love to play and have kitten energy. They love to run around and wrestle. They also have another side to them, which is very snuggly. Batman loves to lay on you and he loves to be petted as well. Harley and Jack love to be petted. All three get along well with other cats and kittens. We would like to see these cuties adopted into a home with another cat or with one of their siblings.
