TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -There are dozens of dogs awaiting adoption right now who would love nothing better than to celebrate a “homecoming” weekend of their own! It would be full of tail-wagging, not tail-gating!
Furry Friday dogs Keke, Melon, Dottie and Zowie were among the 43 pets adopted at last weekend’s “Pick a Pup-kin” event. Zowie had been waiting nearly six months for the perfect family.
Furry Friday is a collaboration between WCTV and the Tallahassee Animal Service Center designed to get dogs out of their kennels and into the spotlight in hopes of helping them find their fur-ever families, faster!
How Wiley wound up on the street no one knows, but he is more than ready for a soft landing and a family of his own! You better go ahead and make room on the couch!
You can meet these dogs and dozens more awaiting adoption at the Tallahassee Animal Service Center. It’s located across from Tom Brown Park at 1125 Easterwood Drive in Tallahassee.
