Golden Retriever Lights up When Toddler Sibling Nails Paw Shake – Yahoo

When it comes to tricks, no one compares to the skills of a determined dog. Add to that an enthusiastic toddler who'd love more than anything to be part of the routine, and you have yourself a perfectly precious moment to share with the masses. This is the scene that recently played out between one happy Golden Retriever and his best girl (and yes, it's too cute).

The clip shows Carter patiently waiting as his human sister attempts one of the basic commands for any pup. "Paw, paw, paw," the little girl says—and the suspense will get you!

But at the 10-second mark, a very proud Carter offers his paw for the grand finale "shake," and, well, their reactions are everything good in the world.

Their faces did, in fact, light up when they crushed it, as they should. The funny Golden Retriever knows plenty of tricks and obedience commands, but when it comes from this little one, it takes on a different meaning: bonding.

There's nothing like the relationship between a pup and his human sibling, and these two are an adorable example. Though Carter had to think about whether he wanted to offer the paw or not, he obliged because he loves her (or at least was hoping for a treat!).
