Golden Retriever Patiently Waiting for People to Pet Her Brings All the Feels – Yahoo

Some dogs will do anything for attention. My senior Dachshund makes no bones about it when she wants me to focus on her. She'll literally just plop down on my lap and look at me with those eyes that say "pet me!" Her Pug mix brother is also very upfront about his need to be center stage, where he literally follows me around and paws at my leg to get his point across.

While both my dogs are friendly, they seek their hugs and kisses mainly from family members. Skye the Golden Retriever doesn't appear to be as picky as my pooches and welcomes pets from anyone willing to give her a little of their time.

In the TikTok from @mackandskye, the gorgeous Golden stood on a bench outside a restaurant with a pleading look on her face.

Skye kept watch for any kind stranger who may stop by to give her a few pats on the back. While one random hand reached out and gave her a quick scratch, another person walked right past Skye while staring at her phone. Apparently, the friendly fur baby didn't have much luck in getting the attention she craved.

It's pretty easy to tell when your fur baby feels neglected and wants your attention. We've all seen the sweet stare from our dog when they want a snuggle. My Doxie has mastered the look, making it impossible to resist her adorable demand.
