Male Cat's Habit of 'Rearranging' Foster Kittens Makes Him a True Super Nanny – Yahoo
Dogs are known as loving, protective and nurturing to their family members and other fur babies, while cats often have the reputation of being overly independent and aloof. Yet felines are very caring and have their own compassionate side. Though they may need their alone time, cats love their people and can look out for those in need.
Maurice is a perfect example of this affection and warmheartedness. The fatherly feline feels a sense of duty toward the foster kittens in his home and makes sure they're properly set up for the day.
In the TikTok from @samanthabellcats, the gray and white cat carefully carried a tiny kitten in his mouth and brought him into the living room. Maurice lovingly nudged the pretty kitty a bit and encouraged him to play with his kitten sibling, then watched the two scamper away.
"My male cat keeps moving the foster kittens to his favorite spots," the onscreen text explained, with the caption adding, "This has been going on for years but I rarely have my phone ready when it happens."
"He used to bring them to the hallway where he likes to hang out, but now he's loving the party decorations in the living room so he brings them there," the story continued. "Maurice is trying to be a good mama."
