It benefits everyone. The pup doesn't have to be alone for the majority of the day, and they bring so much joy to sometimes stressful (and boring) workdays.

This little Dachshund attends the office's team meetings, standing in a circle with all the employees like the little professional that she is.

The Dachshund is actually the pet of the company's boss, which just so happens to be a custom-illustrated and embroidered pet portrait shop called Lucy & Lola Shop.

According to the Harvard Business Review, many surveys have found that animals in the office make for a more joyous and social work atmosphere.

Studies have shown that having pets in an office can help decrease turnover rates and employee dissatisfaction. A recent survey from CESAR Canine Cuisine found that 93% of employees who own dogs said that bringing their pet to work improves their attitudes about going into the office, and 94% said it increases their happiness at work.
