Some cats live for Halloween and can’t wait to dress up for the occasion. Other kitties don’t feel as strongly and merely tolerate costumes, but there’s one cat who has made it very clear that Spooky Season isn’t his thing.

The moment his mom dressed him up for Halloween, the dramatics began—complete with flops, glares, and an Oscar-worthy, scary movie scream. Take a peek at this silly kitty!

On October 8, TikTok user @phoenix_elton_andme shared a video of a beautiful white cat named Irvin, dressed in his Halloween costume, but he wanted to be doing anything except that.

In the caption, we learn this is a throwback video from last year when Irvin first went viral on TikTok for having a full tantrum over wearing his witch hat. He very clearly wanted to be doing basically anything other than wear the hat, and Irvin didn’t shy away from telling his mama that.
