Precious Golden Retriever Waits for Grandma's Kisses Before Having Dinner – Parade Pets

Once the food is placed in front of him, when most dogs would dive right in, this Golden pauses. His pre-dinner ritual requires a specific number of kisses from Grandma. Without those loving smooches, this good boy isn’t starting his meal.

Grandma’s house really is the best place to be, even for dogs who don’t understand human family trees. This pooch may not know that Grandma is his human’s mom, but he clearly knows she’s someone special.

Golden Retrievers are known for forming deep bonds with their humans, especially those who shower them with affection like Grandma does. Goldens find comfort in strong connections, which can include extended family and friends they see regularly. Just like human children who feel safe and loved with their grandparents, our dog children also thrive on the extra love only a grandma can give.
