Ragdoll Cat Shares Favorite Toy and It's Too Cute – Yahoo

You never know what might be of interest to a child or a pet. For example, both seem to love playing with cardboard boxes or shredding gift wrapping and tissue paper. Sometimes those can be more exciting than whatever is inside!

One gorgeous Ragdoll cat has found an interesting and surprising toy in the form of a spring. She's so enthralled she carries it everywhere—even into bed! In a TikTok clip, we get to watch this adorable ball of fur show off her spring, and it's adorable!

Still, this spring thing is new to me! My cat went through a phase where he carried a rubber shower stopper around the house. He'd pluck it out of the tub, and I'd find it in the kitchen, in the basement, or in the laundry room—anywhere but the shower. Eventually, the novelty wore off, and he lost interest. I wonder if I should get him a spring?

Keeping kitties engaged is no easy trick! What are the best toys for them to enjoy? Treat puzzles that encourage their foraging instincts are a great choice. Cat trees that allow for indoor climbing are also a hit. The trees often include scratching posts for a little extra sensory fun. Feathers on sticks give kitties a chance to try to "catch" the quick-moving object. And of course, often the best option of all, if you have the room in your home and in your heart, is another kitty! As much as we know that cats enjoy their alone time, they also love a playmate!
