A zookeeper just shared an adorable video of a new addition to the farm, a Goffin Cockatoo named Charlotte, who's described as a little cutesy and a little psycho. With her vocal range encompassing everything from shrieks to wild little gremlin growling, it's pretty easy to see why she earned that description.
