It doesn't take much to make a dog happy. A nice walk, some solid cuddle time, and yummy treats go a long way in their eyes. If you offer them something like a bully stick, it's like their world just exploded into glitter and sparkles, making you the greatest person in the whole world.

Golden Retriever Beckham gets so excited about his bully stick, he morphs into a whole other version of himself—the most chaotic, unhinged version—and it's way too funny!

The hilarious video shared by @beckhamthegolden is 17 seconds of raw Golden Retriever fun in all its glory! That pesky bully stick didn't know what it had coming, but Beckham made sure to show it who's boss!

It's interesting to see how different dogs react to a toy like this because of my two drastically different pups—a senior Staffy and a sassy Corgi—Beckham is channeling my melodramatic Corgi 100%. The short-lived chaos just means they're so excited, they can't possibly contain it another second!

When Beckham isn't having an intense wrestling match with a toy, he loves meeting new people. He recently attended the NYC Marathon to cheer on runners, and as a marathoner who's run this race before, I can say passing happy dogs makes a huge difference in morale.
