Golden Retriever Shamelessly Stares at People Until They Offer up Pets – Yahoo

As much as dogs love treats and toys, for many of them, getting lots of pets, cuddles, and attention is really at the top of their wish list. For so many of our pups, their love language is definitely quality time… and they're willing to go to any lengths to get those cuddles!

Case in point: Scooby, the Golden Retriever, who will make everyone in an elevator with him feel as uncomfortable as possible until one person finally breaks down to give him the pets he's seeking.

In this video from Scooby's TikTok account, we see that he's on his leash in the elevator with his mom, along with two strangers, and for the duration of the ride, he just sits there, staring at the strangers, who you just know he hopes are going to be his new best friend.

I have no idea how they could have possibly resisted a face as adorable as Scooby's, so it seemed like this was a done deal… but in the end, it actually wasn't.

Unfortunately, they never gave in, and neither of the men petted Scooby. Better luck next time, bud—there are plenty of people out there who would jump at the chance to pet him!
